Do you have a storefront?

Yes! We are now taking appointments for our storefront located in Irving, TX. Please be mindful of our time, and do not set up an appointment if you are not ready to purchase. Our address is 2221 E Grauwyler Rd, Irving, TX 75061 Suite 130.

Are all the sofa's brand new in box?

Yes, all of our product is brand new in box. Some boxes may be opened to photograph, but the majority of our product will be vac sealed. All of our deliveries will come in Albany Park marked boxes.

Are these sofa's pet and child friendly?

Yes! We do not recommend throwing more than 2-3 covers in the washer at a time. Once the cycle completes, let the covers air dry.

You can also wash the pillows from the back and base pillows. Make sure to remove the base foam before throwing them in the washing machine.

Once the cycle completes, throw your pillows in the dryer. This will ensure they poof up as well.

How can I set up an appointment?

I don't see the color that I want. Can I pre-order one?

Yes, you can pre-order one, or we could add you to our list. Please email us at takeaseatdfw@gmail.com, or reach out to us via call or text to make a pre-order. We cannot guarantee a specific turn around time and we do not do pre-orders without a non-refundable 20% deposit.

How long does delivery usually take?

As long as the product is in stock, we can deliver the same business day as long as you order before 3P CST. We offer complimentary delivery and assembly in the DFW area to the first floor. Anything above the first floor will incur a $50 delivery fee per floor.
